250 N Meyer is in downtown Tucson, AZ. For decades, it served as an office building for lawyers due to its proximity to both State and Federal Courts. An investment group was assembled to acquire the property, which included an adjacent parking lot. The property is in the El Presidio historic neighborhood which boasts a diverse offering of restaurants, offices, retail shops, museums, and government services.
We reconceptualized the use of this strategically located asset and addressed many years of deferred maintenance. Initially, the space was redesigned to accommodate two users rather than one law firm. Then, the building was marketed, and a tenant was procured for the first suite. Shortly thereafter, a second tenant was secured for the larger remaining suite. Each suite
was sequentially remodeled to the tenants needs. After the expiration of their leases, a single tenant was later secured for a multi-year lease with an option to purchase.
