Park Modern

Park Modern is an infill, high density, flexible lot development project with multiple phases of build out. This was an assemblage from multiple property owners in Central Tucson which ultimately yielded 91 homes. A joint venture with Pepper-Viner Homes was formed to accomplish construction and disposition. Michael and his land development team acquired the parcels, platted the project, developed the community and housing concepts, partnered with a top tier local builder, and oversaw the entire project. This was a “first of its kind” project in the area. It offered innovative, modern, and affordable homes in the urban core close to major employers, and only two miles North of the University of Arizona Campus.
